  • No cancellation charge applied for cancellation occuring 2 weeks or more prior to scheduled arrival date.
    Cancellation occuring 13 days - 1 day prior to scheduled arrival day, one night charge will be applied.
    No-Show fee: 1 night charge.

    Cancellation occuring 29 days - 15 days prior to scheduled arrival day, a charge of 25% total reservation cost shall be applied,
    Cancellation occuring 15 days - 1 day prior to scheduled arrival day, a charge of 50% of total reservation cost shall be applied.
    No-Show fee: the cost of the total stay.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or a down payment through our Paypall account.
    Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
